Information involved
The Zovelis-authored pages have no account registration, contact form, payment collection, newsletter sign-up, advertising pixels, or visitor analytics scripts. If you email us, your email address, name if supplied, message, attachments, and ordinary email delivery details may be received. Share only information needed for your inquiry; please do not send passwords, payment details, identity documents, or unnecessary sensitive information.
Why information is used
The proposed policy for inquiries is to use the information to understand and answer your request, manage any resulting conversation, and address security or legal issues. An inquiry is not a newsletter subscription. Separate notice and any required permission would be needed before using information for a materially different purpose. The current website has no mechanism to sell visitor data or serve targeted advertising.
Hosting, email, and external services
This preview is delivered through ChatGPT Sites. Hosting and access services may process technical information such as network addresses, browser details, requested pages, authentication information, and security logs. Platform sign-in is separate from a Zovelis product account. The precise hosting cookies, log access, retention periods, and processing locations have not yet been verified for this deployment. Email delivery uses your email service and the service receiving Zovelis mail. Providers may process information outside your province or country, where different laws may apply. Before public launch, Zovelis must confirm its provider arrangements and reflect them here. Using a provider does not remove Zovelis’s responsibilities for information under its control.
Instagram is linked, not embedded. Following that link takes you to a separate service. Its own privacy practices apply there. This notice does not authorize unrelated sharing of your messages.
Retention and protection
The proposed retention rule is to keep inquiry information only while needed for the conversation, legitimate business purposes, or a legal obligation, then delete or de-identify it when appropriate. Applicable minimum retention rules and legal holds take priority. No fixed deletion schedule or provider backup period has been verified yet.
Access should be limited to people who need the information to handle the inquiry, with reasonable safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity. No internet transmission can be guaranteed secure. Operational access controls and incident procedures still require confirmation before public launch.
Your choices and requests
Contact Contact@zovelis.com to request access to or correction of information under Zovelis’s control, withdraw consent where applicable, request deletion where permitted, or raise a privacy concern. Identify the relevant conversation and request; do not attach identity documents unless a suitable verification process is arranged. Legal exceptions and retention duties can limit what can be provided or deleted. Requests should be handled within the applicable legal time limits, with explanations of any permitted extension or refusal.

Children and future products
These pages describe projects and do not provide a child account, social network, or game service. Please avoid sending children’s personal information in an ordinary inquiry. Age-appropriate notices, permissions, and safety measures will need separate review before a product collects information from children.
