Purpose and scope

This site introduces Zovelis, an early-stage technology venture led by Arvin Karami in British Columbia, Canada. It provides information about ideas and work in progress. It does not currently offer product accounts, purchases, subscriptions, downloads, or a commercial service checkout. These draft terms concern the website only; a future product or commercial engagement would need appropriate separate terms.

Project descriptions and availability

Concept illustrations are illustrative and are not screenshots proving a released product. Descriptions, scope, and plans may change. No release date, device compatibility, product availability, performance result, investment opportunity, or delivery commitment is promised by a concept page. A conversation or inquiry alone does not create a development contract or order.

Content and intellectual property

Rights in text, code, artwork, logos, and other material remain with their respective owners. You may view the pages and link to them. Copying, republishing, commercial use, or using branding in a way that implies endorsement may require permission. Rights and exceptions provided by law remain available.

The site does not assert that Zovelis or its project names are registered trademarks. Referencing a third-party service does not imply its sponsorship or endorsement. If you believe material infringes your rights, send the page address, the material concerned, and enough information to explain your claim to our contact page. Do not send unnecessary sensitive documents.

Responsible use

Do not use the site to break the law, impersonate another person, interfere with availability, introduce malicious code, or attempt unauthorized access. Ordinary browsing, lawful linking, and reporting a problem are welcome. For a suspected security issue, email a description and the affected URL; do not access other people’s information or perform disruptive testing.

Communications and submissions

Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Please send only material you are entitled to share. An unsolicited idea does not create a confidentiality agreement, a payment obligation, or an agreement to develop it; arrange appropriate terms before sharing confidential project details. This notice does not transfer ownership of your submission to Zovelis.

External services and privacy

Links to Instagram and other external sites are provided for convenience. Their services and terms are separate. Hosting or platform access conditions may also apply independently. Information handling is described in the Privacy notice and Cookies & hosting notice; merely browsing is not blanket consent to unrelated collection or marketing.

Accuracy, availability, and your rights

We aim to describe projects clearly, but early information may contain errors or become outdated. The site may be updated or temporarily unavailable. Confirm important details directly before relying on them for a decision.

Nothing in these terms removes statutory consumer, privacy, intellectual-property, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, or an automatic forfeiture of your rights.

Applicable law and changes

British Columbia law and applicable Canadian federal law provide the intended framework for these website terms, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you live. This statement does not require you to give up a legally available forum or remedy. Updated terms will carry a revised date; separate agreements cannot be changed merely by changing this page.
